Specialized Support for Disordered Eating: My Focus and Expertise

Since 2007, I’ve dedicated my private practice exclusively to helping individuals who struggle with disordered eating. In fact, working with people facing eating disorders is my true passion—it’s the only thing I do every day.

This specialization allows me to bring a deep level of expertise and understanding to the unique challenges my clients face. I work with individuals struggling with a variety of eating disorders, including anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, food addiction, emotional eating, and more.

If a potential client comes to me and they don’t seem to have disordered eating patterns, I make it a priority to refer them to someone who is a better fit for their needs. I’m fully committed to ensuring that you receive the best care, tailored specifically to your struggles.

how i work

A Personalized, Compassionate Approach to Healing

In my practice, I believe that therapy should be as unique as you are. I use a combination of approaches tailored to meet your individual needs and goals. My aim is to provide a safe and supportive space where you can explore your challenges and work toward healing in a way that feels comfortable and effective for you.

A Safe, Comfortable Space for Growth

I offer a confidential and nurturing environment where you can feel safe, heard, and understood. This is a space where you can explore the areas of your life that feel unbalanced—whether that’s your relationship with food, your body, or the emotions that drive your behaviors. It’s important that you feel relaxed, protected, and at ease, allowing for true growth and self-discovery.

A Collaborative Process

Therapy with me is a collaborative process, where we work together to identify the root causes of your struggles and create a plan for meaningful change. I will meet you where you are, supporting you as we uncover patterns and create new ways of thinking and being that align with your long-term healing goals.

Every person’s journey is different, so the approach we take will evolve as you make progress. Together, we will work toward developing a healthier relationship with food, healing negative body image, and finding balance in your life. The process is about more than just “fixing” behaviors—it’s about creating lasting transformation from the inside out.
